How can psychotherapy help?

If you are wanting to understand the origins or beginnings of your current challenges, and not just manage them more effectively in the present, psychotherapy may be beneficial for you.

Psychotherapy may also be a useful path if you are asking such questions as Who am I? How did I become this person? Who do I want to be?

And for some people psychotherapy may be pursued and experienced as part of their spiritual journey addressing the connection between body, mind and spirit and exploring the role that spirituality plays in emotional health and well-being and the sense of one’s self.

Psychotherapy tends to be longer-term depth work (6 months or more).
